Walking Therapy
Walking Therapy is just like traditional face-to-face therapy but, as the name
suggests, we meet outside and walk side-by-side in nature instead of sitting opposite each other in a room.
The benefits of this type of therapy are numerous:

You are getting fresh air and exercise.

You can feel more connected to yourself and to nature.

You can use the outdoor environment as inspiration for the therapy.
Walking side-by-side can foster a more collaborative working relationship. Being outside can help cultivate a more mindful attitude to life.
I offer Walking Therapy in various locations in and around the Elmbridge area.
